Medicalbulkbuy follows 10 days return policy .  You can be assured that stands by the quality of the products we offer. will gladly accept returned merchandise and provide a refund or credit  when the returned item(s) meet the follow criteria:

Item(s) must be returned  in the original manufacturer packaging in a condition and include all accessories, manuals, brochures and manufacturer documentation.
If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it a return and the above policies apply. Only shipping  & payment gateway charges  will be deducted.  Once your package arrives please ensure it is not damaged or defective in any way. Notification of returns for damaged products must be made with 24 hours of receiving your items. If you cancel the order before shipping payment gateway charges will be deducted.
Refund accepts Visa, MasterCard, Mastro, American Express, select Debit Cards, Net Banking, Cheque/DD, Bank Transfer and Direct Bank Deposits. If the payment was made (paid through credit card/debit card/net banking), the amount is refunded in the same account from which the payment was made.
For Debit/CreditCard/Netbanking 7-10 working days from the refund initiation date.

All the terms and conditions of the return policy is subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction.
